Preparing Your Pet for Surgery

- Remove food by midnight the night prior to your dog or cat’s surgery (access to water is okay)
- Walk your dog the morning of your visit
- Plan to spend 5-10 minutes when admitting your pet to discuss the procedure with the veterinarian, review the estimate and ask any questions you may have
